Privacy notice

This page explains what personal data Paynion collects through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We process personal data in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK / Law No. 6698) and applicable international data protection rules.

    Data controller

    The data controller is Paynion, with R&D headquarters at DigitalPark Technocity, Istanbul, Türkiye. For data protection questions, contact team@paynion.com.

    Contact form

    When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, the subject you select, and your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. The submission is delivered to our team inbox by email and is not stored in a separate database on this website.

    Job applications

    When you apply for an open role, we collect your name, email address, phone number, optional LinkedIn URL, your CV (PDF), and any short note you write. We process this data to evaluate your application. CVs and contact details are emailed to our hiring team and may be retained for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

    Cookies and local storage

    We use the browser's local storage only to remember your theme (light/dark) and language (TR/EN) preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which may set their own cookies governed by their own privacy policies.

    Retention

    Contact form messages are retained as long as needed to handle the conversation, plus a reasonable archive period. Job application materials are retained for up to 12 months. You can request deletion at any time.

    Your rights

    Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request access, correction, deletion, or to object. To exercise these rights, write to team@paynion.com.

    Third parties

    We send transactional email through our SMTP provider (mail.kurumsaleposta.com). The site is hosted on infrastructure controlled by Paynion. We do not sell or share personal data with marketing third parties.
